Hello
My name is Harold Johnson the current Dream team coordinator for the City of Compton and the Los Angeles Dodgers. I have a 30-year telecommunications career and am looking forward to supporting youth sports, telecommunications vocational training and entertainment apprenticeships in the city of Compton. While the initial focus will be on youth sports I intend to use my telecommunications background to teach some hands-on valuable skills in the field of data cabling, and fiber optics.
My Story
The city of Compton is where I started my professional and sports coaching/administrative career. I did the first CATV install in the city of Compton in January of 1983. I attended all Compton Unified Schools until I entered Long Beach State in the fall of 1977. I have coached at Centennial High School, Compton Community College, and have been the Compton Little League President and am now the Vice President of Compton Little League and the Dream Team Coordinator for the city of Compton and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Looking forward to continuing to service the citizens of Compton!
